Shipping Service Notes

  • For each order, before using the promotion code, you can enjoy free delivery service with a purchase amount of HK$500 or above (limited to a single delivery location). If the purchase amount is less than HK$500 before using the promotion code, a delivery service fee of HK$80 will be charged.

  • Tenement buildings or buildings without lifts only provide ground delivery.
  • Our company's door-to-door delivery service does not include moving the goods to the house. Therefore, if the items in the house are damaged during the moving period, the company will not be liable and compensate for any loss or damage.
    Delivery service will be postponed when a gale signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or in weather conditions that we judge are unsafe for delivery. The company will contact you to change the delivery date.
